Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment, and acceptance by Myth-Mark. Product photographs are representative; small variations can occur in customized and small-batch work.

Custom work

Custom-order submissions are requests for review and do not create a production agreement until scope, pricing, schedule, and artwork approval are confirmed. Customers must have permission to use any submitted artwork, logos, or other materials.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax, shipping, discounts, and final totals are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of production requirements, carriers, weather, or other conditions outside our control. Tracking is supplied when available.

Returns and problems

Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, they may not be returnable unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order. Contact support@myth-mark.com promptly if there is a problem.
