Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, Myth-Mark receives your verified email address, Google account identifier, display name, and profile image. We also collect information you provide while shopping, including saved shipping or gifting addresses, order details, custom-order requests, uploaded artwork, and support messages.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, process and fulfill orders, show order history, save requested addresses, respond to custom-order requests, prevent fraud, and operate the shop. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping and tracking may be handled through EasyPost and shipping carriers. Google provides account authentication. Cloudflare and our website hosting provider deliver and protect the site. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and storage

We use a secure sign-in cookie to keep customers signed in. The cart and appearance preference may be stored on the customer’s device. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Myth-Mark.

Retention and choices

We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by emailing support@myth-mark.com.
